Help Dr. Harris Reach His Fundraising Goal!

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Almost seven years ago, my son was diagnosed with type one diabetes(T1D). This has changed all of our lives. There is rarely a conversation without a discussion of blood glucose and how to best manage it.

Fortunately, technology exists that allows his blood glucose to be monitored 24/7. Effectively, this has become a baby monitor that, until there is a cure, he'll never outgrow. It has, however, been a lifesaver, as once my wife and I had to call the EMTs in Minneapolis. His blood sugar was critically low and he was not responding to phone calls.

This technology is just one of the many things that were initially supported by funding from JDRF. While there are many promising advancements, there currently is still no cure. This year will be my fourth ride. Please help me reach my fundraising goal, so that JDRF can continue to do groundbreaking work, and turn Type One into Type None!

Any and all contributions to the JDRF are greatly appreciated!

Adam I. Harris, M.D.
