GASP! Riding bikes and spending time outside together, where do I sign up?
The Great Austin to Shiner Pedal (GASP) is a cycling event with a scenic ride to the beautiful Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas (home of Shiner Beer)!
The event consists of 3 route options, a 100-mile ride, a 50-mile ride, and a 25-mile ride to Spoetzl Brewery. Post-ride, cyclists are invited for an afternoon of FREE music, food, and, of course, ice-cold Shiner Beer!
Throughout the ride, there will be rest stops with water, Nuun fluid replacement drinks, and snacks among other items to keep the ride going!
Family and friends are welcome to join. They can either ride with you or they can wait at the finish line ready to enjoy the food and fun! Once at the finish line, riders are met with shower trucks so they can rinse off and change clothes to enjoy their food, fun, and beer-filler afternoon. Once on brewery grounds, take full advantage of the Shiner hospitality by going on a free tour of the historic Spoetzl Brewery!
