So last Sunday 18 November 18 I Completed Ironman Arizona a Triathlon Race that consisted of a 2.4 Mile Open Water Lake Swim, 112 Mile Bike Ride and a 26.2 Mile Run (Full Marathon).

I completed this race under the allowed time of 17 Hours only 21 Months after Receiving LHR (Birmingham Hip Resurfacing) performed by Brandon Broome, MD.

I would not recommend doing what I did but I finished the race healthy without any issues. I have both hip resurfaced the first was in 2011.
